FACILITIES FOR BARE SPACE
POWERTOOLEX provides general facilities for bare space, including a 3 kW power load per 36 sq. meters, security, signage, and cleaning services. Each exhibitor receives entry to the hall and a complimentary Trade Fair Directory.
Additional utilities like extra power, water, and compressed air are available for a fee. Please contact the organizer for rates on these requirements. We’re committed to ensuring a productive experience at POWERTOOLEX.
FACILITIES FOR BUILDUP STALL
The built-up stall package at POWERTOOLEX includes modern back and side partitions, PVC lamination panels, synthetic carpet, and uniform English fascia. Additionally, each stall features general lighting, one power socket, one counter, and two chairs for every 9 square meters.
Moreover, the package covers electricity for lighting, general security, decoration, visitor publicity, entry to the hall, and a complimentary Trade Fair Directory. This ensures a seamless and effective exhibition experience
SHOW DIRECTORY
The organizers will publish a Trade Fair/Show Directory, granting exhibitors free entry that includes their name, address, chief executive’s name, telephone, fax, area of specialization, displayed exhibits, and a company profile (up to 100 words). Exhibitors must provide this information in soft copy at least two months in advance. If not received, the organizers will publish all available information
PAYMENT
Exhibitors must adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the Space Booking form. In addition, possession of the exhibition space will be granted only upon full and final payment, which ensures a smooth process for all participants. Moreover, timely payments are essential to secure your space and facilitate a successful exhibition experience. Therefore, it is crucial for exhibitors to plan accordingly and make payments on time.
SUBLETTING OF STALL SPACE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
SUBMISSION OF DRAWINGS
Exhibitors with bare space are required to submit their stall designs to the organizers and obtain written approval for the plans. Additionally, four copies of the plans—including front and side elevations, special display features, and electrical plans—must be submitted at least two months prior to the scheduled date of the event. By adhering to these guidelines, exhibitors ensure a smooth setup process and compliance with exhibition standards. Furthermore, timely submissions allow for any necessary adjustments and facilitate effective coordination with the organizers.”
EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions issued by the organizers regarding the schedule for setting up and dismantling stalls must be strictly followed. Consequently, failure to comply with these guidelines will result in penal charges, and exhibitors will be liable for any applicable penal rental fees. Moreover, adhering to the schedule ensures a smooth operation, which contributes to the overall success of the exhibition. Therefore, it is crucial for all exhibitors to familiarize themselves with these instructions to avoid any potential issues.
OVERALL HEIGHTS OF DISPLAY:
The standard height for stands at the exhibition is 2.50 meters (8 feet). However, if exhibitors wish to exceed this height, they must obtain written permission from the organizers by submitting the appropriate plans. By adhering to these height regulations, exhibitors ensure compliance with exhibition standards, which contributes to an organized event. Therefore, it is essential for exhibitors to understand and follow these guidelines to facilitate a successful exhibition experience
FLOOR PLAN
The organizer reserves the right to alter the floor plan as necessary. Moreover, any changes made will be communicated to the exhibitors in a timely manner. Consequently, this flexibility allows for improved organization and enhances the overall exhibition experience. Therefore, exhibitors are encouraged to stay informed about any updates regarding the layout.
TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE (TDS) :
Tax can be deducted at the prevailing rate of TDS as prescribed in income tax laws. Additionally, it is mandatory to furnish your TAN details if you wish to deduct TDS while making the payment. Consequently, providing this information will ensure compliance with tax regulations and facilitate a smooth payment process.
EXHIBITS HANDLING
The services of cranes and forklifts will be available through an authorized service provider at an extra cost. Furthermore, all costs associated with these services must be settled directly with the service provider. Consequently, exhibitors should plan accordingly to ensure their equipment needs are met efficiently.
INSURANCE
The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever incurred by the exhibitor. Therefore, it is highly recommended that exhibitors obtain insurance coverage for their exhibits against all risks. Additionally, this coverage should encompass the entire period, including preparation, setup, mounting, dismantling, and return transit. Consequently, securing insurance will provide peace of mind and protect your investments throughout the exhibition process.
COUNTER SALES
Counter sales are not permitted at the Exhibition.
FORCE MAJEURE
Any delay or failure of performance by the organizer due to matters beyond their reasonable control—including acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, fires, floods, or riots—will not make the organizer liable for the cancellation or postponement of the exhibition. Moreover, exhibitors will not hold the organizer responsible for any claims. Furthermore, the organizer will not refund participation fees under these circumstances. Therefore, it is essential for exhibitors to understand these terms to manage their expectations appropriately.
Disputes
Disputes, if any, arising out of unresolved matters between the exhibitor and Amaze Exhibitions shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. Furthermore, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and will take place exclusively in New Delhi. Therefore, all parties involved should be prepared for these terms to ensure a smooth arbitration process.
CARNET (To be Advised)
The duty-free temporary import facility is exclusively available to foreign exhibitors and participants from countries including Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Israel, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, Thailand, Tajikistan, Taiwan, Tanzania, Ukraine, the UK, the USA, the UAE, and Vietnam.
Moreover, this facility enhances participation by easing the logistics of product importation, thereby allowing exhibitors to focus on showcasing their innovations without incurring additional costs. Additionally, it fosters international collaboration and promotes a diverse exhibition environment. Ultimately, this initiative aims to create a more inclusive and accessible platform for all participants.
* Temporary import will be allowed under the ATA Carnet System, enabling duty-free entry for goods intended for exhibitions. Furthermore, this system streamlines the import process, which allows exhibitors to showcase their products without incurring additional costs. As a result, exhibitors can focus on delivering an impactful presentation at the event, while benefiting from the logistical advantages this system provides.
